To maximize our capabilities, create greater added value, and contribute to our clients and society, we made the decision to establish a new offshore business model.

The first step was to understand the project process.

To achieve this, we developed our own nursery management software, SanAn kids, and launched it as a SaaS (Software as a Service) product, expanding into the market. This allowed us to enhance our capabilities and build confidence. At the same time, through various trials and errors, we gained valuable experience, reinforcing our belief that we could help solve our clients' business challenges in the future.

With this foundation, we have taken the next step toward a new business model.

In 2023, leveraging our accumulated experience and expertise, we launched the Offshore Accompaniment Development model — a model specialized in startups, business improvement, and new business creation — and positioned it as our core competence.
