We provide three service models to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
We execute development projects based on the specifications and requirements defined by our clients. Deliverables are provided according to the contract-defined timeline and workload. This follows a Project-Based Development Model, where fees are charged based on the deliverables produced. By outsourcing the entire project to us, clients can reduce management overhead. However, additional costs may arise if there are specification changes during the project.
This model is ideal for corporations looking to enhance operational efficiency through DX (Digital Transformation) or launch new business.
In this model, we form a dedicated project team based on the client’s requirements and proceed with development within a specified period. Compensation is provided for the work performed by assigned personnel during the fixed duration, making this a Lab-Based Development Model.
This approach allows clients to secure skilled talent for a set period while keeping costs under control. Additionally, it provides flexibility in adapting to specification changes during the project.
Suitable for business enterprises and especially recommended for fast-growing, dynamic startups.
Our OpenLab Development Model provides high-quality Vietnamese engineers to support clients' in-house development projects. In this model, we act as the employer on behalf of our clients, handling all HR-related tasks such as payroll processing, employee benefits, and tax declarations.
This model is particularly recommended for startups that prioritize in-house development.
